Want to get the input from the Power BI to the Power App such as to pass measure or column.

I am working on a survrey app and  implemented in my Power BI reports and the app directly 

feeds the data to database table on submitting the request.

This functionality I need to use in different reports and hence would like to pass report name to power app visual so that

I can use this report name while pushing data to database table.

I tried to pass report name to PowerApp visual through PowerBI but it is not working.

Any help/work around in this regards are most welcomed.
