We weren't able to add this connection. The password wasn't updated, please try again

Hi

I'm creating a new canvas app, and the very first thing I need to do is add a Office 356 Users data source. This throws me the error 'We weren't able to add this connection. The password wasn't updated, please try again'. I tried in different browsers with different accounts (with and without 2FA), all resulting in the same. I tested other connections, like OneDrive, and that gives me the same error too.

This is a  new MS Action Pack tenant without any hybrid/on-prem connection.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi, 

 

I tried this again today on a different machine, and it's working fine.

You mention its a new Action Pack subscription.  Could it be a renewal of an Action Pack on an existing account?  I'm wondering if the account in Azure AD was reset to "require user to change password on first login" due to the renewal of the Action Pack?  Have you logged out and logged in to just Office 365 since the Action Pack was added?

Thank you for your help.

 

I have tried this with different accounts with and without MFA enabled, all with the same result.

I can use these accounts on other services without any issue.
