Web service error

Hi team.

I'm facing this error, I look for it and it seems to be a web service error, but I don't understand how to handle it. In the next image you'll find the console of my browser as well

Thanks for the response. I have created Entity in and when we create it by default creates 3 forms, but I am not able to see any of those forms

It is not happening only to me. I contacted my colleagues, they are experiencing the same issue.
