I've tried clearing cache and cookies, both Edge and Chrome.
Tried connecting using the desktop app, the password field will clear after pressing login button, no error message, won't login.
error text field:
After clearing the cache or cookies, please open Microsoft Edge or chorme in Inprivate Window, then open PowerApps there.
For PowerApps desktop version, take a try to uninstall and then reinstall it.
Further, login to Office 365 Admin center, check the PowerApps license info.
@AndyPennell, would you please take a further look at this issue?
Thanks & Regards,
Sorry I can't see anything for this session id, as it failed to authenticate, which means I have no logs that I can find. Maybe @davidni can figure something out.
@Anonymous are you getting this error consistently whenever you try Web Authoring (https://create.powerapps.com) or did this happen only once? As Andy says, we don't see additional telemetry for this particular session you posted about, and we believe the issue happens very rarely and under very specific circumstances that we are still investigating.
If you see this often, please provide additional info on what you did prior to the error showing up. It will help a great deal as we investigate it. Thanks!
