What Happened to "Advanced Customizations" option in the menu?

Screen Shot 2019-10-07 at 4.33.41 PM.png

I used that link probably 15 times a day and a couple days ago it just vanished across all of my environments.  I am still and admin in all of those environments, and as far as I can tell, the features haven't been moved anywhere else.

What am I missing?

Those capabilities are all now in the Power Platform admin center that is rolling out.  If you go to the admin center it will take you to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/.  From there you can select an environment and access the settings menu.  Those customizations and many more are available on that settings menu.

Ok, thank you for showing me that.  It's a lot more clicks than before so not ideal but ok.  However, I still don't see what used to be called "Developer Resources" which conveniently showed API urls.  Where can we find that now?

I'm not sure where those are going to land.  Because the new licensing has API call quotas per day MS is going to be providing some usage reporting somewhere.  I suspect those resources will be there.
