What is the current best way to upload an image to a SharePoint list or folder?

I know there have been a lot of issues in the community with regards to uploading images to SharePoint lists/folders, what is the current best way to do so?

I am working with UploadImage as opposed to the Camera

Hi @pcaracc,

So far the only available way to upload files to SharePoint list as attachment in PowerApps is using Attachment control inside a Form.
