When other user submit form - data source may be invalid

Hi,

I have created canvas powerApp and It works only for me.

App contains form connected to sharepoint list. When someone other from my company try to submit form, it shows "problem saving your changes, data source may be invalid".

I have correct datasource inside app and none of column from sharepoint is required. I double checked that fields are connected to correct sharepoint columns. I shared app with all people inside my organization. There is only connector to sharepoint, which is available also for everyone inside

When I edit app, it sometimes shows error with dropdown and person picker fields but when i cut and paste same formula inside, it works. Maybe this causes error, but I have no idea why it is working only for me.

Do you know how to handle this ?

Thank you

Hi @kuglarz96 ,

Do these end users have enough permission to access your SP List data source?

Which PowerApps license do these end users own?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please check if the end users have enough permission (e.g. Edit permission, Contribute permission, etc) to access your SP List data source.

In addition, please also check if these end users have own proper PowerApps license to access your canvas app.
