When sharing an app in PowerApps, we used to be able to choose whether or not to send an email to new users. However, this checkbox has now disappeared. Is this a specification change?
When an admin user shares an app, either to an individual or to a security group, no notification email was sent. In contrast, when a general user shares an app, an email is sent when sharing to an individual, but not when sharing to a security group. Is this specification right?
I am posting this to confirm because one general user wants to share an app to an organization but does not want to send a notification email to the entire organization.
If anyone knows, please let me know.
