Where do I get the URI?

Hi Everyone,

This question is maybe more about SharePoint, but since its related to PowerApps, I think it's OK to post it here.

I saw this amazing video on youtube about SharePoint item-level security for PowerApps:

But where did he get the URI from? (see picture below)

Re: Where do I get the URI?

Hi @seryil

you can use this link as a reference for creating REST URL's for SharePoint -

The official ms document is giving examples with respect to the sharepoint hosted add in's and request executor lib. You don't need to worry about that and you can always use _api/web and get the object with which you want to work

and call the endpoints similar to the screenshot where you want to break the permission of a list item.

Re: Where do I get the URI?

Hi @seryil ,

The "Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint" action of SharePoint connector is used to send an HTTP request to any SP REST API (which you have access to).

The Uri property of the "Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint" action is required to provide a specific SP REST API action path (e.g.  _api/web/lists/getbytitle('Documents')).

More details about the SharePoint REST API, please check the following article:

On your side, please consider constract the action path based on above article, then type it within the Uri property of the  ="Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint" action.
