Where is the clear button?

What am i missing here? I have clear button = true but i dont see it anywhere near the textinput field. What is this attribute do?

If you enable the Clear button you will see an 'X' appear in the right hand side of the text box when you click into the box while running the app.  That's the 'Clear button'.  It only shows when the text box has the app focus.

Ive clicked into the textinput but dont see anything. Does it work for you? Can you send me a screenshot?

The bit that I've highlighted here is the clear button.

I have a recollection that this doesn't work on all browsers, but I don't seem to be able to find the exact details at this moment.

Here's a screenshot.

1) It only appears when cursor is inside textbox, ie. textbox has focus.

2) Not sure about browser compatibility.  @timl may be right that it may not work in all browsers.  I haven't specifically tested it.
