How can I create a rectangle with a header and contents like the attached screenshot? Can you please let me now the main controls that I can use? Thanks

To kind of expand on what Randy said, you will want to layer these items so like
rectangle with black outline
on top of that a label with white fill and no outline with your text (this gives illusion its text interrupting line of rectangle)
then on top of those another label with a black outline for the center text box.
You will need a rectangle control and a label control to do that.

Thanks @RandyHayes . But how do I get a break on the top border? I tried it but I just can't seem to get a smooth look like the image.

Yes, as @rprahalad mentioned - a white fill will give you that effect.
I will try implementing this later today or tomorrow and mark the solution and close the thread accordingly.
