I have two users, One is used to create PowerApps and adding DataSet which is having Dynamics 365 license
and another One is having license of only Office 365 E1 to access PowerApps.
Now my query is using the Second user which is having only Office 365 E1 license, can it get all records from the DataSet ? as I have used the connection of first user which is having CRM license to add DataSet.
My Aim is to use minimal license for all the users which want to access PowerApps and use 1 full lincense which can be used to Create and Modify application. Can it be possible ? If yes then suggest me a way.
Your help will be appreciated.
Please clearify and share knowledge.

After you share the app, you alse need to share the data source and recreate connection.

Hi @rajmilansinh ,
The answer is "Yes".
User with office 365 can connect to cloud services using standard connectors, cannot connect to on-premises data or use premium or custom connectors.
As long as you meet this requirement, the plan you listed is feasible.

Hello @v-yutliu-msft Thanks for your answer.
I have tested this scenario but the user with Office 365 E1 is able to login and see the application which I have created using second user.
But not able to see the records which are coming from Dynamics 365 on the screen.
I have used the Dynamics user for adding that DataSet.
Does login user replaces the DataSet connection email address/credentials ?
is Office 365 E1 is PowerApps Plan 1 ?
