I have been trying to get the "Leave schedule" template for a whole afternoon at this point. I can preview it, everything is nice and no errors but when I "Save it" and it creates all the data on my side I go from 0 to 81 errors?
Well I think i find out. Most of this app revolves arround the Officer 365 Users connector BUT since i'm in in France you have to change all the "Office365User." to "'Utilisateursd''Office365'." for it to show the proper data. Why the hell would this be necessary?!
Even after fixing all the "Office365User." to "'Utilisateursd''Office365'." I still have 24 errors which are directly linked to "'Utilisateursd''Office365'." functions. There is french documentation regarding "Office365User." but none regarding the use of "'Utilisateursd''Office365'.".
If anyone could help me out on finding at least some documentations that would be great. And if any staff back at Microsoft are reading this post please explain to me why you would translate connector names in a programming interface...
I managed to solve the issue by changing EVERY instance of Office365Users. to 'Utilisateursd''Office365'. in the example Leave app.
Still I would like to know why we have this type of French localization? Instead of using "," we use ";" and a couple more i can't remember. At what moment in the process of making the PowerApp connectors and programming syntax it was decided that the rules would change according to specific countries?
This is completely counter intuitive and nowhere is it specified in the Office365Users documentation that French users have to change it to 'Utilisateursd''Office365'.
Also if we download some template app it would be nice that according to the user's country the code would be modified to fit this weird localization system...
I linked a screenshot to show you what had to be changed in the Leave template and comparing how it works with 'Utilisateursd''Office365' and not with Office365Users.
