Why not just make flow a part of Cortana?

Flow is basically creating functions that AI already does, like automation, etc. MSFT could then add the templates/scripts to the Microsoft store.

That is a good Idea, to integrate Microsoft Flow and Cortana.

You may consider create a new idea under Microsoft Flow idea forum:

Personally I think Microsoft Flow could do more than Cortana can offer, specially when it comes to Business solutions.
