Why people can't add new items in my app

Hi, I have such a problem that I created an application using dataverse and published it in the environment. But people cannot add new records to it, because the plus icon you click on seems inactive.

Check the action on the "+" OnSelect..

IF you have everything okay there, check if user have acess to the table and check their permissions.
