Will PowerApps work offline on mobile devices

I am working on a new project >> and the we got this requirement:--

1. The power app must have the ability to work when there is no or intermittent internet access. Many of the users will have poor mobile data coverage, and the app will need an “offline mode” that allows data entry and safe storage, with automatic uploading when the device comes back online.

So does Power App support offline mode? as described above .

Apps on Mobile devices can be designed to work offline.  But you will need at least intermittent access.  They need to be started online and can then go offline for up to 30 days before needing to check back in to re-authenticate.  Check this article and video.
