Hello, I created a workflow with trigger when a new email arrives in Outlook, and this workflow works if the email account I add is an individual email account but it does not work when I add a shared email account. This shared email account does not have userid and password and not in Active Directory group. Can you please help?

Shared mailboxes have a different set of triggers and actions than individual mailboxes. You need to use the trigger for a shared mailbox.
I replaced the trigger to "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (v2)" but I am getting this error. Do I need to have access to the shared email?
Yes, you would need access to the shared mailbox to create a flow taht would trigger from that shared mailbox.
The connection should be with the user that has access to the shared email account.
