'You don't have permission to delete this row' error happens to 1 user and not for 100s of others???

I have hundreds of users using the same app and I have a single user that receives this error when a RemoveIf function is called. The data is in a Sharepoint list. Nothing wrong with the list or the code. Really puzzled with this one?

@seanjmiller can you confirm if the user has the right permission?

Yes the issue was on the Sharepoint side. Thanks for the help.
