You don't have permission to save this blob

So I'm creating a service desk app using the pre-existing template offered through PowerApps. I've added the ability to add an image to the ticket that the user creates. When testing on my own PC, I can successfully add pictures to tickets. When a user tries to do so, the ticket is created but the photo is not added and they get this error message:


"You don't have permission to save this blob. Server reponse: The caller is not authenticated. clientRequestId: d18d1936-c3ac-dbc4-d61c-91c6420449dc"


I could not find any information on this error anywhere.


This is the OnSuccess control that I feel may be affecting this:

Does anyone know how to fix this?
