You don't have permisson to view this data

Morning,

 

I am very new to PowerApps and managed to create first App. However, when I have shared this with another user (access given as Co-Owner) they get the attached message,

 

Please advise.

Hi @treblec ,

You need to not only share your app, you also need to share your data source.

If your data source is CDS or sharepoint list , you need to give others the permission to access the data source.

What's more, if others want to use your app, they need to recreate connection.

Thank you both.

 

I have shared my document (as originally set to private) - this has allowed users to view the information. I have also set the access to edit.

 

Everything appears to be working correctly.
