Your app needs this connection

Things I've done :
*Cleared the cache. 
*Changed browsers.

*Deleted connection and recreated it.

I don't have administrator's access to PowerShell.    

This happened because I had made data type changes to the Database and the App wasn't refreshing . I deleted the connection and recreated it and this happened. Even when I deleted the following connections, that didn't work for me. I was thinking there needs to be another way where the Owner doesn't get locked out of the app short of recreating the app. I can't edit the app. Do I have to deny the app this connection?

Hi @Marini83 ,

Did you mean that you have deleted the old connection inside this app and then add a new one? If so, then I'm afraid that you need to readd the new connection in this app and you also need to edit the formulas that contain the old data source name.

Or did I misunderstood anything? If so, please explain in detail.

Hi Mona, 

I had made the primary key nvarchar and decided to change the datatype to int.  By doing that the primary key wouldn't show up. So I decided to delete the connection and add a new one. I also changed the formulas to reflect the new connection. The other fields that had not been changed show up but not the primary key whose data type changed.
