android system webview

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but I am trying to open PowerApps on my android phone version 7.0 and I get the message "Your device is using an unsupported version of a component. Please update android system webview from the Google Play Store.

I did that but it's disabled. I tried enabling it in developer options but it won't enable. What can I do to get around this?

Thanks,

John

Hi @l27,

I just tested PowerApps studio under Android phone (version 7.1.1), PowerApps version 2.0.592, and it loaded successfully.

For the Android version update, you may need to contact with your Mobile phone manufacturer for further assistance.

Hey I27

What is the model of your phone and what is the system web view version on your phone, you might find it in applications/apps in settings.

Also try to see if you can update your system web view there.

Thanks

Chen
