Hi

How to reduce the number of slots taken in the admin list and auto calculate

and also pick up in the Records List - ID to match the taken item as it's has 80 slots?  Qty booked is the number user selected to show status as BOOKED once submit??  

the patch is not pick up and update to the two list and the reminder text not updating.

Now it;'s - Patch(Adminlist, varBOOK, {SlotTaken: varBOOK.SlotTaken - Qty.Text});  
Patch('LISTrecord', Defaults('recordl'), {....});
