attachment control syntax

SharePoint List as source

I have a form.  Form2

With an attachment control.

I'm just trying to use patch to update any changes on the form. and also add an attachment if one exists.

Set(varID, DataCardValue34.Text );Patch(eMail_Flow_Intake_Information, LookUp(eMail_Flow_Intake_Information, ID=DataCardValue34.Text), {Response1: DataCardValue23.Text,Date_Completed: Now(), Status: Radio3.Selected.Value})
;
Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
                    DataCardValue15.Text,
                    "Work Request: " & varID & "",
                    "The email response from Form3, And will work on formatting later ! but This is a Information Test: " & " "
& "<br>Request Id:<br>" & varID & "<br> <br>"
& "<br>Requestor:  <br>" & Requestor_Input.Text &  "<br> <br> "
& "<br>Requestor_User_Id:  <br>" & Requestor_Input_Racfid.Text &  "<br> <br> "
& "<br>Impacted_Team_Member:  <br>" & txtTeam_Member_V.Text & "<br> <br> "
& "<br>Impacted_Team_Member_Racfid:  <br>" & txtRacfid.Text & "<br> <br> "
& "<br>Topic:  <br>" & Topics_Input.Selected.Result & "<br> <br> "
& "<br>Sub_Topic:  <br>" & Subtopic_Input.Selected.Result & "<br> <br> "
& "<br>Question:  <br>" & txtQuestion_Submit.Text
& "<br>Click Here to Respond <a href='https://apps.powerapps.com/play/60399e08-1f5a-4432-96ad-29ccf2a50396?tenantId=48d1dcb6-ac7f-b937a7f7..." & varID & "'> Link </a>"
,
                   {
                     Attachments: ForAll(        // Modify formula here
                                         RenameColumns(Attachments_DataCard2.Attachments, "DisplayName", "FileName", "Value", "FileContent"),
                                        {
                                          Name: FileName,
                                          ContentBytes: FileContent,
                                          '@odata.type': ""
                                        }
                                  )
                   }
)

Could I just use a Submitform() and that will take care of it
Thanks
Dave
