azure ad create user failed

Getting error while creating a new user in azure ad using powerapps

I made a test just now, and the AzureAD.CreateUser function works well.

From the Azure AD Connector Document, we can know that to use the Azure AD connector, Your account needs to have the following administrator permissions:

  • Group.ReadWrite.All
  • User.ReadWrite.All
  • Directory.ReadWrite.All

Please ensure your Azure AD account has enough permission.

In addition, since your authentication access token has expired, could you try to log out PowerApps, clear the Browser chase and re-login to check if the issue is fixed.

It not really clear what you want to do. But if you are creating a user, you can go to office365 admin and add user
