blank screen when opening powerapps

Hi, 

I'm getting a blank screen whenever I try to play the app I've created. I'm not particularly sure why as the first screen is just have a text box and a button that navigates to the next screen. Any ideas? I can see the app in edit mode.

@Anonymous was this session id from blank screen? Are you getting the blank screen while editing the app?

@cherieNo problem with the edit but when I try to launch the application (on my computer, smartphone..) I always have that white screen.

Even when I shared the app with my co-worker it's still doesnt works..

So far we tried with Android, Windows and Ios and no-one is working

Can you provide the session id from when you are running it? Not from when you are editing it.

Unfortunatly I was unable to identify any errors, do you think you could send me screenshots of what it looks like and what it is supposed to look like?

hi @cherie, i did have sent you few screenshots of my problem.

But after few fails i think i've found where the problem is on my own.

When I try to put a didacticial in my app, that makes it bugging.

I did remake my application from the beginning and it's happen again.

Even when i delete the Didacticial screen, my app launches on that screen, any solution?

no because i'm an intern and my organisation don't want me to publish the app for the moment.
