bring data back

I had an environment with an app and a few solutions already built in, but it was to expire. I was going to roll it over to production, but the trial expired before, and I lost all the work? Is there any way to bring it back?

Re: bring data back

Hi @Anonymous

I would suggest that you raise a support ticket by clicking the 'Create Support Ticket' button in the lower part of this page.

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

They have a good track record of doing this (eg, the post below), so I'm pretty confident that you'll be able to recover your data.

Re: bring data back

Agreed. MSFT is pretty good with restoring things.

Protip for accidentally deleting apps. The app should still be cached on your mobile device, and you can get it's appid from the details screen. That, coupled with the instance ID, will allow them to quickly restore your app.

I know, because someone else I know (not me) totally didn't (not) delete an app before by accident.

Re: bring data back

HI @Anonymous ,

Have you taken a try to send a request to extend your trial license for another free month?

If your trial license has been expired, you could consider send an request to extend your trial license for another free month:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

If you want to restore your PowerApps resources, please consider submit an assisted support ticket for further help through above link.

More details about retaining resources longer than 30 days, please check the following article:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/trial-environments#convert-a-trial-environment-to-production
