bring fields from a sharepoint list and display them in labels

I have a SCANNER that scans a QR that contains a code that is also in a column of a sharepoint list called employees

In that list I have 4 more fields, such as first name, last name, email and code

I want to show the first name, last name and email where the code I scan is equal to the code that is in the list.

@King

Here's what you should put it each label:

Code:  BarcodeScanner.Value
First Name: LookUp(your_datasource_name, code=BarcodeScanner.Value,'First Name')
Last Name: LookUp(your_datasource_name, code=BarcodeScanner.Value,'Last Name')
Email: LookUp(your_datasource_name, code=BarcodeScanner.Value,Email)

Re: bring fields from a sharepoint list and display them in labels

You can do a Lookup() against the list using a SharePoint connector and the QR code to get the record.   After that you should be able to use any of the fields in the list.
