can you chnage the fields in a form when the status changes?

We have setup a SP list and workflow 2016 to manage our service desk.  The ticket status' include; logged, assigned, escalated, resolved and closed.  What we are trying to do is setup a condition whereby when the dropdown 'status field' is selected, the corresponding form will appear.  We would also like emails ot be sent to specific groups following status changes.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to change the fields within a same form when the ticket status changes?

If you want to change the fields within a same form when the ticket status changes, you could consider take a try to bind the Visible property of the Data card controls within the form to the Ticket Status Drop down (Drop down control).

e.g. If you want the DataCard1 control within the form to be displayed when you select logged option within the Ticket Status Dropdown (Dropdown1), please set the Visible property of the DataCard1 control to following formula:

If(Dropdown1.Selected.Value="logged",true,false)

Please take a try with above solution, then check if it help in your scenario.

Best regards,

Kris
