once we purchase the power apps per app license. Do we also need to purchase the 'Add-on's capacity??or the sufficient capacity will be allocated?
Also while assigning this license , Microsoft mentions "Remove any user license from the user" , which exact license are we suppose to remove? Attaching screenshot for reference.
Also for which kind of environment are we supposed to assign this license? Like sandbox or production etc.
Kindly look into these queries. Thanks in advance.

Hello @Anonymous
I respond below each question you made.

The Add-on for capacity are needed when you don't have enough space in the Power Platform, so maybe you have many users licensed but this could not be enough if you have more GB than all the license give.
In the image below you can check the MB for data that each license give.
Also while assigning this license, Microsoft mentions "Remove any user license from the user" , which exact license are we suppose to remove?
Well I think that this talks about that if you have for example Dynamics 365 (some of them) or Per User license this will give the same capability as the Per User, so in my understanding if you have one of them and you can remplace them, then do it. But this is only my understanding it's true that is bit confusing.
Also for which kind of environment are we supposed to assign this license? Like sandbox or production etc.
Where the users execute the app as a final user and not like App Maker. For example on Dev (sandbox) environment normally this case isn't but in UAT and Production have more sense to have it.
