Re: completely offline

Hi @ldurland,

It is possible to show the data from local excel in PowerApps. Just using the Add static data to your app option as data sources.

Here is a blog about how to show local excel table data in a gallery:

https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/how-to-add-excel-data-source-in-microsoft-powerapps/

But so far you cannot submit data to the local excel. PowerApps allows LOCAL if you are not editing them. (That means load once and for display). PoweAppsn use Connection to Cloud for Patching / Saving to Excel in cloud. This is why PowerApps is BORN.

And there is already an idea submitted about saving collection to the local device as an Excel file. If you really need the feature, please vote on it:

BTW, both Access and Excel could work completely offline. You could use either of them while on a boat. Man Happy

Regards,

Mona
