dynamic chart in canvas power app

Is it possible to create a chart (e.g. line) in a canvas power app that updates automatically based on updates to data in the "items" source? For example, say I have tabular time-series data in a table in azure table storage or dataverse, and I want a chart showing the latest data in a window of one hour. Perhaps this could be accomplished by some timer that does scheduled data refresh? Perhaps the chart could be "live" in the sense that changes to the underlying data source trigger a refresh? I'm having a hard time finding any samples for this sort of thing. All I've come across so far are samples showing how to create charts based on static data (e.g. in a collection).

This is probably possible with a timer control and the Reset function.

However, if you want animation, you should consider SVG.
