Advice greatly appreciated. I come into the office this morning and one of my environments is gone!!! I managed to get into Power Automate via an old browser tab and find this "Access to the environment 'e8809438-9c1f-4bad-834f-xxxxxxxxxxxxx' is denied." I have created a ticket but the only severity level available is "Minimal". This is extremely serious as several years of automation and power apps are in the ether now!!!!!
If anyone knows how I can get to MS support faster than sometime in the next day, it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @jarodts ,
If you got any update on this issue, please feel free to post here.

Mona
Hi Mona,
I have had the support team contact me twice and one email telling me that the issue is being worked on but no update.
I'm hopeful but am regenerating some of the automation as it was critical to the business in providing daily status of new orders to the owners and management team.
My best advice now it to make certain you export everything that you don't want to lose (or regenerate).
Thanks,
Jim
Good Morning Mona,
Great News, the Power Apps and MS Flow support team were able to restore my environment. All the task were disabled (makes sense) and all history was there. The Power Apps were there but had 'restored' appended to the name. I was not able to save a change but extremely happy to have the work salvaged. My last export was a year ago and the last change 5 months ago 😞 .
It was a very stressful time but Thank you team!!
Jim
