The issue has to do with workinghours, is it a name of a textbox or name of a collection?

Collect(workinghours,{Name:NameTextInput.Text,Hour: workinghours.Text})

So try:
Collect(workinghoursTable,{Name:NameTextInput.Text,Hour: workinghours.Text})

if workinghours is not a textbox, replace it with the name of the textbox on your form

Change the collection name. Also can you use a button instead of the triangle.

Collect(workinghoursTable2,{Name:NameTextInput.Text,Hour: WorkingHoursText.Text})

Where I have used triangle? are you referring rectangle?

I have seen the problem:

Follow this;

Insert 2 new Textboxes  and let call it TextboxA and TextboxB.

Then use the formula as follows;

Collect(workinghoursTable2,{Name:TextboxA.Text,Hour:TextboxB.Text})

The issue is that what you have named as TexInputText is a rectangle not a Textbox. You cannot type or enter anything Ina rectangle. You have to use a Textbox.
