formula into text label

Hi,

 

i'm trying to get this formula into text label but getting the same issue (invalid arguments type):

 

If(Dropdown5.SelectedText="Option1","xxxx","yyyy")

 

If(Dropdown5.Text="AL Ain Service","xxxx","yyyy")

 

Any help?

If("Option1" in Dropdown5.Selected.Text, "xxxx", "yyyy")

The property of the Dropdown selected property is completely dependent on the Items property of the dropdown.

Depending on that formula, you will need to adjust accordingly.

If(Dropdown5.Selected.Value = "Option1","xxxx","yyyy")

Notice the "Value" in the above.  This is the *most* common, but again would be completely dependent on the Items property.

If this does not solve the issue, then post your Items property.
