when I am trying to take photo or choose from photos in Attachments field,, i am getting error like there are no apps on this device that your organization allows to open this contents. Contact IT support.

Can you share some error information? Does it happen in mobile phone or Browser studio?
It seems that your app is constrained by App protection policies of Intune.
Please navigate to >Azure Portal> Intune> Mobile Apps> App protection policies, open the policy in question, and click on Policy settings:

Have your ever installed Intune App in you mobile phone?
I think you need to contact to your IT in your organize to check the setting I posted in above post.
