give user ability to bulk update Entity from Excel without using SP/SQL/etc.?

Is there a way to allow users to update an entity or a field in bulk, straight from Excel into PowerApps?

Scenario: If I have different users from different clients/customers. Each user has a large list of names and emails that need to be uploaded. Naturally, these lists should be accessible by of the other users, and I don't want to use SP/SQL/etc.

Can this be done?

No, PowerApps does not store any data.  It simply connects to a datasource (e.g. SP, SQL, CDS) which has data and displays it. Therefore, what you are asking cannot be done: PowerApps data cannot be brought into PowerApps and stored there: the data must live somewhere else.

Yes. The source can be an Excel file stored on their computer. Can you please tell me where to find the solution, or what functions I need to use?

Thanks!

PowerApps cannot use an Excel file stored on a PC as a datasource.  It must be placed into OneDrive and from there you can cannot it to the app.

Additionally, a user is not able to add their own Excel file to the app.  The app creator would need to connect it each time a new Excel file is created.  Therefore, users should not be allowed to create or host their own Excel files as the datasource.
