how to display all record if the search box is empty and how to patch as ALL not individually?

hi

I have a search box current it's search by the item number if the user input

how to display all records in the gallery if there's  no search done.

I have a gallery , under Type there are 5 categories, I just want to show 2 type of all the records in the gallery  and user are able to search by the 

gallery is 

Filter('list', StartsWith(Item No, SearchGRQuery)) and also the record to display latest. by invoice date

Current I have a update (patch button for each record),  i try to patch all but cannot.

Kindly advise.

Search('list', searchGRQuery.Text, "POno")

not this will hv delegation problem.  the yellow triangle is out.

Delegation will be in the filter too if you exceed the limit in your filter query. You may load data into the collection and do the search
