bbsin_0-1621425094582.png

I want to create a dropdown for user to select their own email and filter the gallery.  may I know how to do it?

the Search category - Choices(list.Category) - as ComboBox 1

filter of gallery is SortByColumns(Filter(list)',IsBlank(ComboBox1.Selected.Value)||IsEmpty(ComboBox1.Selected.Value)||Category.Value=ComboBox1.Selected.Value),"ID",Descending)

which is working fine , but now I want to add second filter box of user. how to make the two work together??  Thank you

Hi @bbsin ,

Since the Requestby column is a text type column, I assume your search by user combo box would be populated with a Distinct results:

Distinct(list,Requestby).Result

then the Gallery filter formula would be:

SortByColumns(
    Filter(
        list',
        (IsBlank(ComboBox1.Selected.Value) || IsEmpty(ComboBox1.Selected.Value) || ActivityChoices.Value = ComboBox1.Selected.Value)
        &&
        (IsBlank(ComboBox2.Selected.Result) || IsEmpty(ComboBox2.Selected.Result) || 'email address' = ComboBox2.Selected.Result)
    ),
    "ID",
    Descending
)

Hope this helps.
