how to not show the MS powerapps title on top of the email when received???

Hi

 

I saw sometime back a video done by Daniel that can remove this header when received into Outlook.  Can I know how to?

Hi @bbsin ,

We cannot remove the default address, but we can replace this to the site name.

Please refer to the video mentioned in my first reply(you can directly see video from 16:33 mins). This can be done using Send an HTTP request to SharePoint action to change the name to your site name. Something like this:

Where do you send this email? In your flow or in your Canvas App?

If you are send email through flow and want to replace this to your site name, seems you are looking for this video created by @Daniel Christian, that using Send an HTTP request to SharePoint action to meet your requirement:

the email was received through approval power automate  flow.
