Could you please more details about your scenario?

If you want to post a message on yammer, you could achieve the goal.

Post a Message to Yammer from your PowerApp (with an image!):

But it is not available to praise someone on Yammer in PowerApps by now.

thank you for your reply. 

however i have seen this video, this is only for posting the normal message i want to use the Praise option given in Yammer by Power apps.
