how to remove empty lines in a datacardvalue

I have the code listed below as the TEXT of a datacardvalue. It works great. I was wondering if there is a way to NOT show the red 

middle section if it is empty and let the city,state,zip move up a line? Its not that big of a deal. I just think it could look nicer if when address2 is blank that the datacard box is more condensed.

If(!IsBlank(ThisItem.Address2),ThisItem.Address1 & "

" & ThisItem.Address2 & "

" & City & " " & State & " " & Zip,
ThisItem.Address1 & "

" & City & " " & State & " " & Zip)
