how to set a button to closed and not visible by a date?

HI

 

I have two button that I want to not display based on SP column closing date.  can anyone advise how to do it.

Hi @bbsin 

 

I assume you have a link on each gallery item. We can either visible or disable the link once the date is passed on each gallery item.

 

Set DisplayMode of the button/link to 

If(ThisItem.'ClosedDateColumn' < Now(), DisplayMode.Disabled,DisplayMode.Edit)

 

As mentioned, we can do visible also.

App.OnStart:

Set(IsDate,LookUp(ListName,Today() = ClosingDate))

This will store a record if closing date is equal to today's date.

Button visible property:

IsBlank(IsDate)

OR

!IsBlank(IsDate)

 

whatever your requirement is
