Hello,
I have a user who, whenever he opens one of the apps shared to him, is taken to apps.powerapps.com and required to sign-in. However, when he clicks "sign-in" on the web page it takes him back to that very same web page.
My troubleshooting steps so far
* Re-installed the app
* Closed all other apps on the iPhone
* Cleared Safari browser cache
* Re-shared the app in question to the user
Some background information
* The user is licensed for PowerApps
* The user is not using MFA and is a MS Exchange-only user (not synced from Windows AD)
* The user is using an iPhone 11
Thank you,
Hi @TYoungOR1
It's possible that Safari is blocking third party cookies and this is blocking the authentication process from working correctly.

I would check the settings that are related to this area to see if it helps.
Figured out the problem. The user's trial of PowerApps needed to be renewed.
Thanks,
