Do you have an idea on how to implement Power Apps on Premise and on Cloud?

Power Apps runs in the cloud. It is not possible to install and to run Power Apps locally, on-premise.

It's possible to store data on-premise in SQL Server databases and to access other on-premise resources. As I mentioned in your other post, you will need to install the on premise gateway for this to work.
