Re: issue in deleting exting data of Power App template and getting its data to be save into SharePo

Hi @CJ_SH,

Do you want to remove the default records within this template app?

Further, do you want to add a SP list (or library) as a data source within this template app?

If you want to remove the sample data and use your own data within this template app, please check the following blog:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/nl-nl/blog/using-app-template/

In addition, if you want the records of this template app to be saved into your SP list, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

The records (data) of this template app could only be saved into Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and OneDrive for Business cloud storage service currently.

If you want to make your own app based on this template app, please check the following GIF image:Test1.gif

Please check and see if the following blog would help you understand the Shoutouts template app:

Best regards,

Kris
