issue with images file extention

it seems there is a diffence between windows and android.

 

me using a excel with images for a power app which saved extern in a folder into onedrive. (see site inspector template)

(the excel cell contains the image reference.)

 

at windows i got a file extention .jpg

if me record images from phone device it is without extention so my windows explorer did not understand that are images. (just a white icon preview)

Hi MarkusR,

 

To test this issue, I create an app with Site Inspection template. Then I run the app on both Android(version 7.0) and iOS(Version 9.3.5), seems that I get the same issue with you.

 

I run the app on the Phone, add a New Inspection. I can check the photos added by Phone on PowerApps studio on both Windows and Phone. In the Excel file, the images without an extention, shown as below. But I can open and check the images by Paint.
