licensing (Microsoft 365 business standard)

Hi,

Please I have a client that want to use power app to replace its excel data collection. They currently have Microsoft 365 business standard subscription

My Question is does Microsoft 365 business standard subscription include Power App and or will they need additional license for each power App user (I mean to log on and use the app).

Also is power app portal included

Thank you

Hi @dgene

Yes, Microsoft 365 Business Standard includes a seeded license that enables users to access standard connectors (such as SharePoint).

Licenses for Power App Portal are not included with this plan.

All Office 365 licenses include a license for unlimited PowerApps and PowerAutomate.

This assumes that none of your apps or flows utilize any premium features.

If you are focused on Excel, then you will have no issue.

Portal is not included in any basic licenses.

I hope this is helpful for you.
