missing files

Hello i have an app that sends images with custom connector and power automate. All works. But sometimes it seems that the files its not sent. As the azure dont have the files. The power apps dont say anything either, neither does power automate.. How come that this happens, its the microsoft servers that unstable ?

Could you please share more details about the custom connector and Flow? Do you mean Flow worked fine and could find nothing in its RUN HISTORY?

The flow and power apps dont provide any error. Its just looks like that sometimes the flow its not responding and nothing happens. So cant track if the files are sent or not
