multiple if displaymode submit button

Hi,

Im still newbie on this powerapps, how do i create this formula in order to make this both if workable before submit?

If(NeedSaved,DisplayMode.Disabled,DisplayMode.Edit) & If(Checkbox1.Value, Edit, Disabled)

First if is to check the data must be save in collection before submit, & the 2nd if is to ensure user to click checkbox button before submit. how do i combine this if together ?

Please consider changing your Formula to the following:

If(NeedSaved && !Checkbox1.Value,
    DisplayMode.Disabled,
    DisplayMode.Edit
)

This will check if NeedSaved is true and Checkbox1 is not checked, then it will be disabled.

Although, I believe your initial logic might be off a bit - it would seem you would want to enable the button if NeedSaved is true.

Well, you're at the right place since PowerApps is a NO Code Platform!! 

I am not sure which control in your screenshot that you are trying to apply this formula to.

Also...how are you setting NeedSaved?

But, let's take a stab at it...I believe you would like the Checkbox to appear and not the button underneath of it.  And, when the checkbox is checked, you'd like the button to appear and the checkbox to not.  So, it's really not the DisplayMode that you are interested in as much as the Visible property.

If so, then for the Button, use this formula on the Visible:

Checkbox1.Value

 And on the Checkbox1 control, set the visible property to :

!Self.Value

The only thing you will want to do is to reset the Checkbox1 control when you either enter or exit the screen.

i.e. Reset(Checkbox1)

This will put it back to the default (your Default should be set to false).
